I've got a new 30 minute Barre class starting this Tuesday. I've called it 'Barre Blast' as it will be over quite quick but will be deadly for those problem areas... Waist, behind, tops of thighs, backs of arms! Definitely worth checking out...

Barre

Barre is an upbeat, energising, ballet inspired workout that uses your own bodyweight as resistance. These classes are designed to create longer and toned muscles, reducing body fat and improving your posture and alignment.
Every muscle group will get an effective workout to increase strength and flexibility.
